This was the best Spring Break of my life.

Look, I try to be a realistic person and look at situations, not from an optimistic or pessimistic point of view, but from a realistic standpoint. I see the joy in every situation and I value happiness. That’s me in a nutshell.

So when I tell you that this was the best Spring Break of my life, it truly was the best. Between both my childhood and my professional career in education, I cannot recall a better break. Why was it so amazing, you ask? Because I took a moment to just breathe and be free.

Today I am going to be brief because I’m trying to ease back into work, while preparing for the adventures of the next six weeks. Between my own graduation, preparing my students for their graduation, attending two educators’ training weekends, and so many other things, I’m recognizing that I need to slowly transition back into the flow of life.
